Why this board X570 has a fan on the chipset while B550 or B450 does not ?

I am leaving everything to Auto in bios and the CPU is auto overclocking so I should consider Tctl/Tdie as the real temperature ?

So when I monitor my CPU I look only into Tdie value and ignore Tctl ?

Hi In HWinfo app it display CPU temperature in 3 values: Tctl/Tfie, average, Tdie . What are the difference between them ?

I found the problem in bios fan was set to pwm but when I switched to dc it return to normal in idle temp are 39 ~ 52 goes up and down ! so how I can determine idle temperature ?

I just got my gamdias chione m2 240r model and I install it but the temps are higher than my previous air cooler noctua u14s for about 15C also I noticed that the fans rpm are always high at 2300 rpm !! I tried from the bios or the windows software like open hardware monitor to lower it down but it does not respond !! is that normal ? picture attached.

Hi I will buy AIO cooler and I wont OC my 3800x CPU so should I get 2 or 3 fans model ? specially the difference in price is 1000 pound ($65) which is the price of a single fan cooler. I like also my cooler to be silent.

Hi I want to buy AIO cooler for my 3800x CPU for silent system and because my case raidmax zeta has no place for bulky air cooler also I wont OC. So I found some brands most of them are expensive from Aorus, Asus, Tt but I found one from brand called gamedias with 2 and 3 fans and good price. I tried to search for any review for this brand but did not find any, did any one tried this brand ? should I get the 2 or the 3 fans model ? Model name is Gamdias Chione

I have x570 asus tuf board with 3800x cpu and gskill ripjaws v . I got the other information from TyphoonBurner so try that first ? then 2T @ 3600 ?

should I try safe preset ? memory is not 3200 ? how you know ?

tried the pas few days to OC my ram to 3800 but it failed so I tried 3733 and 3600 but they both also failed. I used the dram calculator and tried the max reading of voltages but my pc did not want to boot until I returned to 3200 default values, is it possible that I did something wrong ? used readings are attached.
