  1. sorry i was too lazy to type out my build so i copied it from an old thread, it is currently running at 4.4ghz. I am unaware of what DDU'ing is but ill delete and reinstall my GPU drivers!
  2. HEADER: Hello, sorry for posting often buut im a newbie with a lot of questions and this forum has been on point for answers.. like really you guys have solved all my problems so thank you! Anyways, I was playing PUBG last night when i recieved this BSOD twice and i cannot find out why its happening if my life depended on it! my only guess would be because i have my system overclocked and this was caused from an instability? I understand that whoscrashed says its a driver problem but if soo how would i determine which driver is at fault? I have went through my device manager and nothing appears to be causing any problems.. Would reinstalling my GPU driver do the trick? Although i already did this a week ago soo i dont see how it could have already gone bad! If any more information is needed than what is provided feel free to ask and ill post it ASAP! id really enjoy for all my problems to go away!! My PC is running stable after stress tests.. I have it tuned to 4.4ghz @ 1.220volts max temp is below 80 degrees.. memory is on XMP @ 3200mhz sitting at 1.350v if any of this info is useful. 3. Keep it simple as possible because the question is probably simple im just unaware of the answer. My Build: i5 6600k asus z170 gaming aura gtx 1050ti 2x8gb 3200mhz corsair ram corsair h60 cpu cooler I have my system overclocked to 4.4ghz at 1.2v it runs realbench fine w a highest core temp of 71 degrees but ive noticed that my vcore on cpu-z is going between 1.2-1.3v. I have LLC level on 5. Is there any problem in this? Would raising my vcore to 1.25 be a better option?
  4. https://ibb.co/n1KOBb that is my voltage settings!
  5. Hello, i have my i5 6600k overclocked to 4.4ghz @ 1.2v and under load the vcore will jump.It fluctuates between 1.2 - 1.280 it fluctuates. Is this a problem? If so how can it be addressed? it runs stable with good temps under stress.
  6. i went and tried 4.4ghz @ 1.2v and ran stable after an hour highest temp was 71 i think ill keep it there thank you!
  7. Very simple question im just unaware of the answer so lets keep this simple My build : i5 6600k asus gtx 1050ti 4gb asus z170 gaming mobo corsair 3200mhz 2x8gb ram cx750m power supply When i overclock to 4.2ghz @ 1.3v i get around a max temp of 76 degrees on one of my cores after about an hour of running realbench.. When i OC my system to 4.5ghz @ 1.3v i get a max core temp of 80 degrees on realbench.. are these temps too high? would you say its worth it to just run 4.5ghz instead of 4.2 to shave 4 degrees? ive played pubg on 4.5 at 1.3v and my temps stay in between the 60-70 degree mark hitting maybe 72 at max.
  8. My Build:i5 6600K CPUGTX 1050TI 4GBCorsair h60 Cpu Cooler2x8GB 3200MHZ Corsair RamASUS Z170 Gaming Aura MotherboardHello, i have been trying to OC my i5 6600K for the past 2 or 3 weeks now and no matter what i do, no matter which guide i follow stability is never achieved...I will keep it try to keep this as short as possible so its not a bore to read. I have tried 3.9ghz-4.5ghz and nothing works.. I have tried enabling the xmp, keeping it on auto & setting it to manual w/ 100 blck freq. Ive tried keeping my ram at 2133, 2666, 3000 and obviously 3200. Usually the DRAM voltage is 1.35 when XMP is enabled as it sets itself automatically.. when reducing the ram ive tried reducing these voltages. I keep the Core voltage at 1.300 and my temps stay between 60-70 degrees never really go above 70 if they do max it will hit 72 degrees so i dont think its a temp. problem...The program im using to stress test is Aida 64 , Cinebench R15 and RealBench.. I am able to pass about everything fairly easily except Realbench.. its been a RealB*tch to me.. everything seems fine and then the Luxmark.exe crashes without telling me why and the computer remains on.. I have gotten a black screen once before but that has happened once out of my total 30-40 attempts.. Every time i get the same issue.. even on base settings i get this issue.Event Viewer Log Reads This:og Name: ApplicationSource: Application ErrorDate: 12/26/2017 1:50:33 AMEvent ID: 1000Task Category: (100)Level: ErrorKeywords: ClassicUser: N/AComputer: POSDescription:Faulting application name: LuxMark-x64.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5392d759Faulting module name: MSVCR120.dll, version: 12.0.21005.1, time stamp: 0x524f83ffException code: 0xc0000409Fault offset: 0x0000000000074a30Faulting process id: 0x242cFaulting application start time: 0x01d37e2e6b383ff2Faulting application path: C:\Users\Blake\Desktop\HWBOT_RealBench\luxmark\LuxMark-x64.exeFaulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCR120.dllReport Id: d08fb87e-e2f0-4b15-8c79-1ae9b38a57eb
