  1. Probably a dodgy PSU, cougar isn't a very reputable brand. Try getting a unit from Corsair or evga and if it still persists try a higher wattage.
  2. go for a benq eyecare like this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/BenQ-GW2270HM-Eye-Care-Monitor-Flicker-Free/dp/B01JIQ86FM/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1534708295&sr=1-1&keywords=benq%2Beye%2Bcare&th=1
  3. your going to need wayy more than 350, get a 500w or 600w unit from a quality brand like corsair or evga
  4. Try reapplying your thermal paste and make sure your cooler is mounted properly (make sure the standoffs are in place), what thermal paste are you using and what cooler do you have?
  5. Hi, I'm trying to push a Ryzen 3 1300x to 4ghz but it won't boot at 4ghz on auto voltage. I'm pretty sure this is a ram issue because the 'ez debug led' lights on my motherboard get stuck at vram when I try to boot at 4ghz. I have tried removing a stick so I had 4gb, but it wouldn't boot for some reason (even when I cleared the CMOS), I've also tried taking the ram speed down to 2133 instead of 2667 but that didn't work. Does anyone know what I can do about this, thanks.
  6. check the fan curve of your card and make sure the fans are running at a decent speed, if that doesnt work crank up your case fan speed or get more fans. your case also may be restricting airflow a bit. you could also try replacing the thermal paste for better quality stuff
  7. Ryzen 3 1300X @ 3.9GHz Gtx 980 Ti (Gigabyte Windforce) 1064 MHz core clock, 1753MHz memory clock 83.9 FPS 3509 score The valley benchmark says i'm running windows 8 but i'm actually running windows 10 pro
  8. Your PSU may not be powerful enough or your pc might be in like a low power mode
  9. Does anyone know how to remove the backplate on a gtx 980ti windforce GPU? I've looked for other tutorials but I can't find anything relevant Thanks
  10. Get the gamemax onyx, i've got it and its the best value case out there https://www.amazon.co.uk/Game-Max-Tower-Tempered-Glass/dp/B06XFN6YQ4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1531062173&sr=8-1&keywords=gamemax+onyx
  11. Whichever looks best tbh, if your going to be overclocking it go for a 2 or 3 fan model, also the Rog and aorus ones are pretty expensive, so go for something like MSI, evga or palit. Ifcyou want a founders edition you may be hard pushed to find one as I think they're in short supply atm
  12. I think I only used one cable before, my PSU came with an 8pin to 6pin and 6+2 pin cable
  13. I've rechecked and still the same error, could there be a chance that it's an issue with my PSU?
  14. I just tried both of those, it didn't work. Do you think my GPU or PSU might be straight up broken?
