I have a build in the Shift X with a D5 Res combo. Its bigger than you think with the mounting. Rather go with a DDC. temps will be very high with your setup. Ever considered a LianLi OS 6s? Looks nice an has more Room for water cooling

You hit the Radiator Limit suggestion: add another 240 rad and you will be fine

Got 3 Hardwarelabs GTS Radiators, VERY restrictive. Had a single Pump at the beginning but low flow rates (80L/h) with the Pump on 100%. Added a second D5 in serial, now ive got very decent flow rates on low noise. Any other radiator like EKWB or Alphacool and you are fine with one D5

Got a 8700k at 5.1 GHz oc‘d 1080Ti custom wc with 2 D5 Pumps 11 Fans 4 LED Strips 850W Seasonic Prime Titanium Running with no Problems 850w is plenty

Unfortunately the USB 3.0 header is taken by the front panel cable. only 3.1 header is free

Bought an Aquacomputer Quadro to upgrade my Mini-ITX custom loop build. unfortunately there is no USB 2.0 header on my Motherboard, only USB 3.1. anybody knows a way around that? Some Usb 3.1 to 2.0 connector?

Such a shame. Hope the people working there find new jobs. So lucky i got my Mercury S8 delivered in June!
