    Clean the stock stuff off with alcohol and put some MX-4.

    MAybe like a couple degrees but its unlikely mx 4 thermal paste is one of the best. Use isophrophyl alcohol to remove the current thermal paste.

    just noticed you will only complete the build in a few months, just put the money aside and buy it then, prices will drop, new tech will come out and you will have less trouble returning something if you made a mistake.

    Z270 is a dead end at this point.  7700k is as good as it will ever get.  If you don't want Ryzen, then wait till 8700K comes out.

    im jelly of your build, but i would drop the ssd and just get the biggest m.2 ssd you can afford.

    All looks really good from what I can see. Just out of curiosity, why do you need 32GB of RAM? For the average gamer even 16GB is overkill so 32 seems just a bit over the top for anything other than aesthetics from filling up all 4 memory slots.
