    Windows task manager is reporting 4GB of hardware reserved memory though.... So something is reserving it unless it's just a glitch in Windows but it's too much of a coincidence that it's reporting the exact amount of RAM he's missing even after a re-image. I'm guessing there's a BIOS or MOBO issue happening somewhere.

    that's your best bet, for 500$ you can pick ip a ps3 or ps4+ ps vita.

    Hey man once again thanks for the suggestion.

    I actually used to own a Surface Pro 3 and frankly it's too large and heavy for what I want to do with it (which is use it as a tablet replacement and run light steam games)
