"Screen is blue/green/yellow -> must be warm -> blow hot"

Interestingly enough, you could get this to work for real with skyrim/bathesda pretty easily. (With a bit of scripting)

Any art store, any store for car stuff.

Though, are you looking for plain sticker or something pre-cut? TTL (TinyTomLogan, OC3D) said in one of more recent videos that decals on his case are from digital design company. So if you want something more original and/or artistic, you need to pay bit more for someone to do it. Give them dimensions, maybe few pics of the case or even 3D model of it. Or if you do it yourself, get some plain stuff, print template and draw&cut to size.
