    how is ryzen 5 1600 and a gtx 1050 ti bad parts?

    The 1050Ti is an entry level card.

    Have you OC'd the Ryzen chip? It's rather lethargic without it.

    @Abyss Gaming Generally Intel is better if you're not going to OC though. Ryzen is good, but without overclocking it really doesn't approach anywhere near it's potential.

    Have you looked over this thread about disabling HPET or core performance boost if you overclocked?

    AMD forum 

     

    Edit: After googling the issue there looks to be allot of opinions on fixing the issue. I would just knock em down one by one trial and error.
