If you have v sync at 144 hz your cards will never clock down until they can hit that 144 hz so yes theoretically it is more taxing.

Well you describing your psu scared me a little, but grab a new one from a good brand like Corsair or Evga for under 100$ you really arnt going to need much more than a 600w for a 10 series 800 to be safe and you can find that for cheap. Second a gtx 1070 is like the greatest thing ever price/clock rate if you overclock, so maybe look for something

I really do think I have changed it it enough where it wouldn't affect anything money related to the show, since Mad Men is off the air. Any ways its designed for people who have already seen the show and don't need to listen to everyone's story lines again, just the main characters plot points. I made this for me , because I like to rewatch the show and don't need every character in it, for a 5th watch. At this point I think we covered legality, so should i post it? Yes or No

I never had any idea that this would turn into such a large discussion thanks guys. It is drastically different from the first Season of Mad men because there is about 9 hours of Show Gone. Also I dont think my Mad Men fan movie thing would hurt sales of a tv show that has been off the air for a few year and never re airs. I don't think AMC would do anything about a fan edit, especially since mine is a real new take on the show. Any way i am still thinking of something to Name it currently, its Mr Draper : Man Or Myth

Hello all My name is Troy and I have a question that is low key off topic but I wanted to post it here because I find this forum a good source of knowledge. Let me preface my question with this, I have seen about 40 Star Wars fan edits on Youtube and its basically the full movie minus a minute maybe. Is this super illegal to do for a TV show? I have watched Mad Men about 4 or 5 times, and as a video editor I thought it would be fun to cut out anything that the main character Don Draper doesn't see in the 1st season and up convert it to 4k. Also I made it black and white. I cut 13 episodes into 4 and 1/2 hours like a really long movie. Would that be super illegal to put on youtube? I only ask because of countless Star Wars fan edits, although I rarely see TV shows... Thoughts??? Thanks , Troy Harrison Chriest
