Why sometimes I get frustrated at Apple:

- Ask for a couple of documents that I need to work on

- Receive them in *.pages

- I proceed to convert them from *.pages to *.docx (which can be considered a standard file format)

- Document formatting is all over the place

- Spend four hours fixing the documents rather than working on them
