  1. So my gf spilled redbull and start the PC but it never turned on. I noticed it and took the PC appart and dried everything and tried to remove the the redbull stains. I started it up and the PC lighted up and gave power to everything but the power button wasn't working. I tried to use a screwdriver in between power sw but nothing happen. My guess is that the power sw pin doesn't work anymore. I tried the other parts on another PC and they still worked so it must be the pins and if so pls help
  2. Whenever I remove my ram and put them back in or replace them with new the PC doesn't want to boot. No beep or anything just black screen. I've tried everything from removing battery to clrtc and all cables are put correctly and so is the ram. The other times I've got it to work was when somehow the xmp settings reset out of nowhere. Please help otherwise it can take days or hours for it to work again. Motherboard Asus z270f 16gb ram 3000 xmp I7 7700k Rtx 2070 super
  3. Every time I remove and put in my ram sticks the PC won't boot. It doesn't matter if it's new or old but for some reason this happens too often and removing the motherboard battery doesn't work. It just won't boot up and the ram memories are perfectly put in. I think there must be a problem with the xmp profile cause whenever it's on it just won't let me boot the PC if I remove the sticks and put in. What else can I do to reset the motherboard Motherboard: Asus z270f 16gb ram 3000mhz I7 7700k Rtx 2070 super
  4. My build I7 7700k 5.0 water cooled Gigabyte 2070 super windforce oc 16gb ram 650w psu I just bought the 2070 super and when I tried to overclock it just a tiny tiny bit the PC froze.
  5. My build: I7 7700k 4.5ghz water cooled 16Gb ram Gigabyte Rtx 2070 super windforce oc 1tb ssd 650w psu So i just bought a 2070 super from gigabyte and I just installed it and fixed the driver's but when I started a game and fixed the settings to the highest the PC completely froze.. I've tried a 2070 Asus strix before and it had no problem playing a game without crashing so this should do the work even better. I know my CPU may be a little off but it runs at 25% when playing. I think maybe it could be the psu not giving enough power cause it seems like things freezes when the gpu gets a boost. I used msi after burner to try to overclock it just a tiny tiny little bit and it just froze instantly. What do you guys think do I need a new psu or could I be bottlenecking my pc
  6. Hi So I'm trying to choose between an Asus GeForce rtx 2070 advanced or a gigabyte 2070 super windforce OC In looks I like the Asus and it feels more premium probably cause it's more of a high end gpu from the 2070 and the 2070 super windforce oc feels a little more cheaper on the 2070 super side. Will the gigabyte be hotter and louder than the Asus one or will it be just as good and will it be any high increase of performance? so What's worth keeping

  13. HI I have an modified predator g3610 With an i5-2300 2.8/12gb ram/nvidia gtx 1070 and an AMI bios that is p01.a3. What I wanted to do is to update the bios but I've already check the acer page and there was a couple of bios update and the newest one was p03.a3 for my pc model and all the other programs n my pc tells that but when I downloaded it and ran it there was 3 folders 1 DOS,WIN,ROM and in the read me it say that I should go to win and there was some files and it told me to open bios_win then open another afuwinx64 but the bios_win just instantly closes and says *Reading File ........ done FFS checksums .... ok - ROM file size does not match existing BIOS size* How can I update my bios and is there any other update or am I doing something wrong cause everything leads me to this update
  14. What do you mean with WiFi channel and is there any way I can fix the old Internet card I had because it used to be super fast until it started to get those random lag drops frequently
  15. Well the USB compatibility may be a problem but because it's supposed to be 3.0 but in the instructions it says that it's not needed to have it and you can still run it without 3.0 but there might be some little performance loose but the thing it that I don't even get signal or Internet, all the drivers are checked and every single one is done. The internet is superfast but when it comes to use router it's slower sometimes but it's usually maxed out signals and fast, both are asus and are pretty new so they should be compatible and last I have already reset it but the router settings shows that there is a problend *the WAN IP is not the external IP. External IP-based services will not work*
