    Man I have at least 10 of these things in a box.  I actually installed my blu ray ODD the other day (to burn a music CD for an old dude who didnt want USB lol) and kept it in my machine cause Im lazy but its so odd needing an ODD these days lol

    @Tristerin true lol, they're mostly a specific enthusiast thing now. I have two on the way (that ASUS one and a Lite-ion) because I wanna use them to rip CDs for my iPod. Seems to be the easiest way to get FLACs for the albums I like, and I wanna see if I can hear the difference. That and I need to fill the 5.25" bays on my 750D somehow 🤔. May also be handy if I decide to yoink Cowboy Bebop to digital, I have that on discs as well.

    Yup!  I actually don't mind the ODD in place, since I put it there.  Its filling a blank bezel slot that provided minuscule airflow in reality.  To fill the other two spaces I use a Enermax 5.25 dual bay converter to hold 4 SSD if needed (but I use it for the intake fan for more air at the top front of the case :)
