Quite bizzare that HDR would be the main killer for a display, but I can see a few potential issues here. My first idea would be to ensure that the device drivers and firmware are up to date, those can be found here https://www.samsung.com/hk_en/support/model/LC27G75TQSCXXK/ If you are using a different model monitor then the one in the link, there should be a support page dedicated to that as well. If you've got further issues we can figure this out, but typically weird things like this are driver related. Good luck, from Odin.

Update: I am currently on line with the RingCentral support asking for any and all App Bundle ID's that could be needed for proper deployment of the app in macos. Will report back and share them so anyone else trying to deploy ringcentral to mac doesn't have to call support themselves.

At the moment, I am deploying numerous apps through Intune to MacOS as LoB apps. So far, I've been able to properly set the CFBundleIdentifiers for each one. However, while trying to get this softphone client called RingCentral deployed I'm noticing error 0x87D13BA7. This error shows up when the set Bundle Identifier is "wrong", even though I've cross referenced it with the .plist file that the installer came with, and it should be correct. Only one app bundle identifier is currently being put under "Included apps" through intune: com.ringcentral.glip 23.2.21.7380 The version does not matter because it self updates, so I flagged it so intune would say any version counts as an installed version, however, all of the installations are reporting back as failures. Interestingly enough, the app does download and install properly to mac systems, it just has no way of communicating back to intune that it IS installed likely due to a missing app package or something. Attatched is the config I've set for the app on the MacOS deployment. If anyone has deployed RingCentral for MACOS before through intune or jamf or something similar and knows what packages need to be included in the intune app configuration, that would be awesome. Another thing, I used to have a website bookmarked that had a macos terminal command that would create a text file of each installed CFBundleIdentifier and I'd use that to troubleshoot apps that weren't reporting back to intune properly, but i've lost that webpage and I would really like to find it but it's no worries if its just not possible.

We do have permissions that require that to be set to false, unfortunately. Will test it on some dev environments however. Thank you.

We are currently using the machine wide installer, under both /ALLUSER and /ALLUSERS. However, I have not seen that registry yet. What's the path for it? I currently have a broken instance, so I'd like to test this out. Thank you again.

PREFACE: Microsoft teams is awful, and I wish we didn't have to use it, but here we are and I need to get to the bottom of this. Everyone's pissy about teams never working for them, so they all just use the web client for the time being. However, our endgoal is to have the application working flawlessly. And due to not running a fully persistent setup, proxy settings, white/blacklists for websites, outright security policies, Azure itself, we can't figure out what the root of our problem is with so many symptoms. CURRENT ACTION: As of the moment, we have implemented a script that purges all files that are not in a folder (out of seeing errors with "desktop-config.json" "preauth.json" "settings.json" "storage.json" at multiple points in the logs) within \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams. The folder is being synced by FSLogix, our main idea being that we want the Thin Clients to store userdata and files on our servers instead. However, This event happens before the system shuts down for the night, making teams effectivley launch as if it was the first time it's launched every day. This method has solved around 80% of the cases we have experienced, preventing them before they happen. The other action we are currently taking is manually going and running a script to purge the files similar to the nightly purge. This is done system by system, user by user, and cannot continue if we want to get things done in our department. The files that are currently wiped is attached in the photo. MOVING FORWARD: I am likely not able to share log files from teams, but my list of running theories starts here from them: WAM fails to log in the user, sets "WAM fallback error" to true, and then sets itself to use ADAL, only occasionally launching the app. Not sure if this correlates specifically with our firewall, but I don't believe it's likely. The error code produced is almost always "80070003", which I have not managed to find documentation for. Note: I am obviously at my job and wouldn't be playing with software and virtualization like this otherwise. It might be a moment before I reply, and keep in mind I am not going to be able to share a good bit of information about the issue as it's not my issue to disclose the company is facing. I could always use control panel to use the GPU by default, but I'm looking to DISABLE the intel GPU entirely. I just don't know how i'd go about that.

Lenovo makes it so you have to use an automatic GPU switcher depending on what the load is per application. Is there any kind of way to ONLY use my gtx 1050ti without the MoBo freaking out on me? I've heard lenovo is really shitty with this stuff, and directx kinda just stops working with all GPU's and I think this might solve the issue.

Yeah. I simply wouldn't build yet. With new hardware coming out constantly, it'll probably push ryzen/intel 6th gen to be less expensive. I'd at least wait until I have 400 bucks or more, and wait for a sale.

Here's the cover for Kids See Ghosts. As for the album, it's actually getting pushed up to June 1st. After Kanye's bullshit about Trump, he took a step back from finishing his solo project and now that's looking like it'll be out moreso in July. Don't know if this affects the dates of everything else, like Teyana and Pusha. KSG has been done for a few months now. Ye just wanted everything to come out all at once. The tracklist he posted was unfinished. They added a couple tracks they initially took off. One has James Vincent McMorrow on it. The final cut of the album has 10 tracks. Mos Def has a singing verse on the album that's heavily caked in effects. The whole album's just fucking weird. When Cudi and Ye started work on this project, they basically wanted to make a "rap Tame Impala." They definitely achieved that. This is definitely Cudi's best performance since Man On the Moon II. Probably because his vocals are finally mixed properly and he's not doing the instrumentals. Well, he plays some guitar on a couple tracks but other than that he's just contributed vocals. Kacy Hill's basically on every song, just doing background vocals. Ye's favorite song on PP&DS was Releaser and he really liked Cudi and Kacy's chemistry on it. Kanye produced 7 of the 10 tracks on it. Emile Haynie did 2, and Pharrell did 1. That's about it. Bye.
