    yeah after i actually bought on and had to refund i did hear the guy on the phone say outdated bios or something like that, would that affect it?

    so he has a XFX RX 480 RS 4GB gpu and i have a ASUS H81I-Plus mobo and asked if i could borrow his gpu to see if it works in my pc, it didnt and made my pc hard freeze and prevented my pc from booting at all into windows so i need to know if this the case for all rx 480s

    Well the reference model (Blower Style) has no DVI port so you'll need a AIB card for DVI monitors but means blowers may have better cooling as there will be more back space for air to come out, and all the cards will have a 8 pin pcie power connector so Overclocking may also be higher

    Yeah I managed to get a refund, but that GPU worked on a different PC, the stores PC, but when I was talking to them, they said Outdated or Damaged BIOS for the GPU, would that change anything?

    Yeah I love Shadowplay, I really only use it for saving my POTGs in Overwatch, and yeah I bought that RX 480 from XFX
