  1. Woah okay, I'm going to take your word on it and swap out the PSU. Thank you.
  2. We'll I took the approx tax under consideration, so if you suggest a good PSU under 100$ it'll surely fall into my budget.
  3. I just went with the PSU cuz it's from Corsair lol. Got any better budget suggestions? (Under 100$ maybe?) Also, The Ram's pricing doesn't even come close to the case! I'm paying more than double the price of the case!
  4. @deXxterlab97 I do a lot of video editing and freelance. Also, this is a future build; I had to do this in advance as I'm super busy in march, so I'll only be buying this in the 1st week of april.
  5. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/368Df8 These are according to the prices in my country (India) The mobo and SSD is in the custom parts section. I have not included a cooler because I don't plan to overclock just yet. I will overclock it in the future whilst upgrading my GPU to (hopefully) Vega. Please give me suggestions.
  6. I'd like to know what you think about this monitor: Samsung Curved LC24F390FHWXXL 23.6-inch LED Monitor (Black) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01GFPGHSM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_an-Ryb7ZT39DZ 24" model It as amd freesync which i think will go nicely with my future rx480 Fairly low response time too. Is this monitor good? Have you used it? Would you recommend me to try it? Is the curve any good? Any alternatives?
  7. Hey I'm looking for suggestions for a new case. Should be ATX black Built in rgb(or red led) lights/fans Tempered glass side panel Less than 70$ Something similar to the s340 or crystal series by corsair. Thanks Mention a pros and cons list about the case if possible.
  8. Hey everyone, I'm building a pc rig in India, I've already decided on the case, psu, ram etc. I just have one question, I have a freesync 1080p monitor so >Should I buy an 8c R7 1700 with a x370 and stock cooler along with an rx460 and upgrade to a high end Vega in the future if it turns out to be decent? Or >Should I buy a r5 1500 (which ever comes with stock cooler) and b350 mobo with an rx460? And upgrade after an year or so? I want this rig to do me good for at least 4 years. I render videos in Adobe ae and pp. So the 8 cores will do me good, but will it compensate for not having a good graphics card? I also do light gaming (mostly dota 2), but I plan to play AAA titles after my college gets over (this summer) so what is a good choice for me? This will be my first rig so I'm a noobie, I plan to overclock it after a while when I'm more comfy at that point I will upgrade to an aftermarket cooler. Thanks for the reply stranger
  9. Actually earlier i forgot to add the import fees! so without the import fees on the 1060 and with it on the 480, the difference is 146$. sorry about that.
  10. Geforce GTX 1060 3gb 260$ Geforce GTX 1060 6gb 365$ RX 470 4gb $227 RX 470 8gb $283.11 RX 480 4gb $267.89 RX 480 8gb $295.27
  11. let's just assume theres an 8/16 cpu (sr7) which costs about 350$ ish that i'm going to purchase. i know about the bottlenecked part, but i will upgrade to a better gpu in the future, i just want to start with a rig that satisfies my needs right now, but is FUTURE proof, so i don't need to start out with a new cpu, mobo etc.
  12. 1060 3gb variant is cheaper by around 20$ in my country(India). The 1060 also out performs the 480 in dx11 titles edit: sorry wrong price mentioned earlier, got confused in selecting the seller
  13. Hey guys, (new guy here) I'm looking to build a gaming RYZEN rig. I know it hasn't released yet but it will in the coming weeks and I just want to prep for the whole build. I'm having a tough time choosing a graphics card Gtx1060 3gb or RX480. Firstly, I'm just into competitive gaming like dota2 and csgo and not really into AAA titles other than a few games like GTA V. It's mostly rendering / designing stuff but I intend to play such games too once schools (2017 q2) done. So if I go with the gtx1060, I'll upgrade it to Vega once Vega is out in late June. If I go with rx480, I'll upgrade it to Vega like next year or even later. Also, I have a freesync monitor 1080p (60hz). But i do prefer staying under the 200$ mark for the GPU. Also, can the rx480 be crossfired with Vega ? I need suggestions! Thank you for your response.
