    If it isn't an upgrade you need like really hard, wait for the next gen. Otherwise, I'd rather grab 7970, allthough the performance-increase probably wouldn't be that big, especially if you overclock. But also on the other hand, Frametiming isn't that great with Crossfire, as you may or may not have heard. So dual 7950 maybe won't be the best choise...
     
    Really hard actually, if you're okay with the performance now, just wait for the next series of AMD cards.

    It shouldn't since the distances between the CPU and RAM slots are pretty the same no matter which board you use so if it does not interfere on another board, it won't on yours. Also, that cooler is more or less about the same size as the Cooler Master Hyper 212 and it does not interfere with anything.
     

     
    If it does however, there are a few ways you can do to get around it: use low profile RAM, remove the fan close to the RAM slot, or rotate the cooler 90 degrees so the fans are blowing up (I'm not a fan of this method).
