  1. Oh the link didnt work for me, but i saw the microsoft link and assumed
  2. My friend has a surface, and I dont know if I could program on it due to the weak support without the stand
  3. Those all look really nice, thank you so much
  4. True, but nothing tiny, and nothing huge. Im thinking minimum 12", max 18" Edit: I mainly meant not cheap plastic
  5. I'm not apposed to getting an apple. The only thing that stops me from doing it is what is inside the computer for the price. Also the transfer from using Windows my entire life (except in elementary school) to Mac would be difficult with having to relearn the UI. Im sure what Im about to say could have gone somewhere else in this message, but i just thought of it. But I have a few programs licensed to windows, some would require me to pay a fee to switch it, or completely repurchase a license (like ProPresenter)
  6. Yes I did see the Huawei matebook x on sale, but I can't get that right now
  7. Hello, I am having troubles finding a new laptop at a decent price. It will not be used for gaming like most laptops are marketed towards right now for some reason. I need a very nice looking laptop for college. It needs a fair amount of processing power as I am in school for computer science, specifically, artificial intelligence and machine learning. I am looking for at least a full i5+, 8 gigs of ram, and minimum 256gb ssd. I'll make it easier to see with a list below. Thank you for the help. Budget: Below 1000USD if possible Priority: Slim (Ultrabook) Aluminum Kaby-Lake I5+ 8gb ram 256gb ssd Not mac (lol look at budget) Non essential Qhd 12" - 18" display size Tiny bezel 2 usb c ports (if its an ultrabook) Not touch screen Decent sound quality
  8. Hey, i have updated the drivers countless times. I used the killer ethernet drivers from the msi website Thanks for fast response
  9. So i have been searching for an answer for this for about 2 weeks now. But anyways, I built my computer back in July with an msi 970 gaming MB. It was working perfectly fine, then all of the sudden the ethernet port stops working on Christmas day. I went to install my new water cooler (Corsair h100i v2) and when I turn it back on, the ethernet isnt working. It did that all Christmas, so eventually I reset my computer, and it was working. The next day I woke up and saw that ethernet wasnt detected. I have been using a wireless adapter for the past 2 weeks, which is awful for anything. I play csgo a lot and I literally am jumping across the map, not able to shoot anything. I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the drivers. I have done a whole lot, but it still doesnt seem to work. I have done almost everything that I have seen on the internet, but still nothing. I know its not a flawed motherboard because it was working when I reset my computer. I didnt do anything to it when it stopped working the second time. I just had it running over night because I forgot to turn it off. Any suggestions would be great!Specs:NZXT S340MSI 970 GamingMSI GTX 970 GamingAMD FX-8320e oc-4.0EVGA 750w PSUCorsair H100i v22x4gb Kingston Hyperx2x4gb Patriot ViperA few colored cable extendors Sorry for weird format, I typed it on a different forum the other day and still got no responses.
