  1. Fair Enough, I have seen Antiviruses work, but every case is different, what I have seen not cause many issues is Windows Defender. Granted you wont get some features of other Antiviruses, but those features aren't typically used anyway. (Cloud Backup, Identity Safe, etc.)
  2. If hes running windows 10 if have to say using a 3rd party antivirus is a bad Idea. The only Antivirus that seems to work decently with windows 10 is the one that's built in (Windows Defender) and Vipre. 75% of the time when a client walks into my computer shop cause their computer is slow, its because they have 1 of 5 installed, Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee, ESET, or even sometimes Malwarebytes (When running Premium)
  3. well I was Overclocking, so I reduced my voltage a bit and came down to safer temps. also make sure you dont have that driver software running in the background lastly are you running Windows 10 or 7?
  4. I had this issue and it turned out to be VRMs overheating, are you on liquid cooling?
  5. I just got the Update on engadget https://www.engadget.com/2018/01/07/intel-amd-rx-vega-m/ looks like it could be something good.
  6. Does anyone think that maybe running Linux to mine would allow both the cards to be used? i feel that the OS would ignore that they are 2 different cards and use them both. another thought after that is using Freenas to run 2 VMs
  7. i actually have installed the driver directly from the extracted files and the issue transfers to the opposite card.
  8. that was my first thought but i was trying to save space and use what i have readily available
  9. I was planning on ETH mining with both, but having the FX 5800 to continue mining while gaming on the GTX 1070 then when I'm working in Photoshop, Mining with the GTX 1070 and working on the FX 5800 or just keeping the FX 5800 on full time mining duty and everything else on the GTX 1070. i haven't Done any Tests to decide yet
  10. Hai all, I've been trying to get a GTX 1070 and a FX 5800 to work in my PC simultaneously, but wither its windows 10 or windows 7, it seems one has issues when both are in. Images are after reinstalling the opposing GPU's Driver
  11. Thanks for the reply, It seems i have been led to believe they could due to an image on amazons advertisement. never the less they are still great Fans!
  12. Hai all, I bought the 3 pack of Thermaltake Riing RGB 12 fans with the controller. Does anyone know if you can set up the fans individually make them do any individual animations. I've seen videos but maybe I have the wrong controller. Triple Pack CL-F042-PL12SW-B on Amazon
  13. This is actually a common problem with windows 10. i am also having issues but with installation itself. Failed Twice. Roll your OS back to the previous Version. Typically F8 during startup to enter Recovery then go to advanced options. You can try the install again, or wait till a more stable update.
