They did tell us right from the start that a Sony account is mandatory but we were able to simply skip it. Now, I guess they are mandating it for real. -

I've been playing Dragon's Dogma 2 non-stop since I got it and man, it's so much fun. Now I feel bad for missing out on the first game.
Having the pawns with you really adds a lot to the game, it's fun to see them learn and adapt, as well as use their knowledge to help you.
As a loathsome loot goblin I explore every nook and cranny in the world, so I'm sure my main pawn will be very helpful to people who are prone to missing items.
The fact that you can high-five them after battle is very cute, and I think every game with companions should have that feature.
One thing that will never cease to amuse me is that the pawns will make remarks about only having men or women in a party and how my main pawn responds to that.
Early game, she agreed that it's strange but brushed it off. But now, after hearing it so many times, she kind of gets annoyed and says that she sees nothing wrong with it.

First one started off sober and by the last they must've been a couple bottles deep. -

The CEO said that people shouldn't buy the game until they fix the server issues. So they are aware of the issue and I'm sure are working hard to fix it. Maybe consider giving it a shot after they work that out. I'm personally waiting for payday to give it a shot but since I have no one to play it with, I'll probs end up refunding it too if it's not fun with randos.

Nightingale seems interesting but from what I've seen, it can have some issues since it's always online. Server lag even when playing single player and random server disconnects which result in loss of progress.
