Aught to post this on the thread here where that guys was asking people to justify their use of an adblocker and trying to throw people on a guilt-trip for blocking website revenue.

Intrusive ads are the worst and when the ads themselves download more information than the webpage that's just not an efficient system and can suck for people on metered connections.
