i think i'm not gonna run dual-cpu's anymore. i'm not willing to spend the money on yet another mobo... 

i think i'm gonna keep using this half dead board... with only one CPU plugged in it seems to work fine. the other X5650 is still in here, just not plugged into 8-pin, causing it not to be detected... i'm gonna remove it tommorow i think. it's no good sitting in here unplugged. 

i have another board that i know works fine but has socket damage to one of the sockets. if i can't fix that socket i'll just give it to my brother along with the other X5650. 

not buying another board will save me €100 at least, which is very nice...
