    Have you tested all the motherboard slots? Are there any that consistently do not work? What if you team the 2 PSUs that you have? Does that make a difference? This test(s) would check the following possibilities:

    • PSU issues (worn out/malfunctioning)
    • motherboard slot issues 

    If you can, I suggest also looking into a new motherboard, in case that's the issue.
