I have my new ssd's and a ton of ddr3 ram laying around but need help choosing my platform

I recently bought this PC http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/sys/5874811045.html and I've never seen a hard drive bay like this, I have no idea how to add more hard drives, do I need special screws? Please help

I actually already have the 8400 on craigslist the psu ill wait until i get the new one, but with the parts i am selling off of my other random computer i should be able to get a decent GPU.

for a more new pc builder like myself it's cheap and lets me upgrade with some random parts i have laying around. Plus who plays games besides CS:GO anyway

for 20$? yes i have win 7 disk, as well as D2 cause i love that game.

I can spend roughly 145$ but it won't be all at once. if there is any good deals I may spend more as well.

I was able to get the guy to sell it to me for 60$ no wifi card or usb 3.0, what do you think? what should I upgrade? I'll have to find something, I used my laptop for things for my business (I do yo-yo performances at schools) so I used it transfer data or keep records etc and i was told the teacher's lounge would be locked. So after the show i returned and my whole bag with laptop my USBs and over 250$ of stock from my business was gone. And I may be getting paid back by the district but that will be a 3 month minimum! And now I know I need to do much more for security. Just sad stuff like this happens. But it's great to have such a friendly and informative forum cause I need to have PC access for a lot of my daily routine.

Well in that case I think I'll put into saving to buy a GPU! Thank you so much for the help this week was super hectic and stressful and this actually helped a lot. Hopefully everything will go smooth in ordering all this and I can just relax build my new PC and try to forget about getting that stollen>.. again thank so much this forum is always awesome!
