Buggy audio driver+buggy Dolby Audio software: ruined sound quality

Worst case: no audio if installed driver from Windows Update, even with fresh Windows installation. Updating drivers won't work, requires uninstall. Oh yeah, did I mentioned that uninstalling with device manager sometimes will not work?

Lenovo still haven't learnt since Y520 I guess. Terrible drivers. Hope the Y540 did better
