soo turns out it just cant run internet anymore without changing things i cant trust this lady to not change

So we've got an old compaq desktop that i just switched out the mobo on because some of the caps went boom boom. when i connect through the ethernet it will say that I cant access the page because the owner of www.yahoo.com doesn't have the cert that its looking for and i cant find anything to fix it, any ideas? What I've done: Turned on and off the firewalls Looked at the rules for the firewall and didn't see anything obvious Went into network settings and still couldn't see anything obvious

My smart TV reset itself for some reason. when i tried to go back through the set up the remote didn't work so i tried the buttons on TV and they didn't work either. i have tried power cycling the TV and unplugging it for a few minutes. when i took the back off i couldn't find any where for a type of cmos reset. any ideas on what could help?

if you have the know how and a second machine. i would run a program called hard disk sentinel on the hard drive. personally i have windows to go flash drive for work that we use so we dont have to take apart a laptop just to check the drive. that could be a good trouble shooting step if you dont have the tools or your scared that youll break something.

I personally would check and make sure that your wall wiring is ok if you have already swapped psu's then thats not the issue. its either your system or your socket and i would start at the socket. something could have happened.

That is 80% of what i do for 8 hours a day in a shop lol

Ok! lets start with the basics. Could it be a connection issue. make sure everything is plugged in correctly and reseat all the cables. if that doesnt work then i would check if the graphics card works by putting it into another machine, given you have that choice.

Everytime that i try to call someone I cant press anything no buttons on that screen work, only the swipe to home feature. i am updated to ios 12.2 and have tried restarting it. is there anything else that i can try?

You could try wiping partitions......but this is.....weird.

The problem accured after im assuming her phone was brought to me after it was updated.

I have a client whos face id isnt working even tho we have updated the phone restarted and reset the phone. All it is showing is that "face id is not available, try setting up face id later." Does anyone have any idea on what to do?

Ok so a client of mine broke her phones screen and i dont want to charge her if the mother board is jacked so i plugged it in to my windows 10 pc and it is reading as a cd drive tho in my device manager it is reading as "SAMSUNG File-Stor Gadget USB Device" should i go ahead and replace the screen? Or tell her shes sol.

So it read it forblike 2 minutes then lost the connection. For troubleshooting purposes what should i do now?

Ok so the it didnt read it. Is there any alternative?
