  1. On the lenovo page it shows that they have 4gb sticks available, and it shows in post, even 2 8gb sticks showed in post
  2. I am building a rig for a friend from some parts that I had lying around. I was going to use a Lenovo ThinkCentre M90p (5498) and I was going to use a single dimm of Kingston DDR3 4gb 1333mhz. The ram works on other systems, and I can get get it to post and detect it, but it won't initialize into windows. It starts loading it, but then crashes. I have had the same issue on another 1156 system, and they'll only boot with a 2gb stick. I don't have much experience with 1156 motherboards, so any help would be appreciated.
  3. It is the most attractive Projector I have seen. The enclosure is rugged, but gorgeous. The technology inside is really cool too, it didn't look weird even at such a short throw.
  4. willjohncron https://www.vessel.com/videos/dsDZy-RCn https://www.vessel.com/videos/LCoY5zfFf I am interested to see how this ends up turning out, because options are good, though segmented media can polarize people to certain platforms, which is nice that it'll come out on both Vessel and YouTube.
  5. I recently bought the Monoprice USB Bluetooth® v4.0 USB Dongle http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=103&cp_id=10308&cs_id=1030801&p_id=9386&seq=1&format=2, and I installed the drivers from the website. Though it is giving me a code 10 (This Device cannot start), so I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. I proceeded to uninstall and let windows automatically install, though it did not work, and I am running, to my knowledge the most recent driver 6.5.1.4900. I just don't know how to fix it. I am running Windows 7, any other info you need I can provide.
  6. I am trying to install windows 7 on my friends Asus q550lf. I already unlocked the UEFI and put it into AHCI mode, and my win7 usb is booting and getting to the install page, though when I progress forward, It states, " cd/dvd device driver missing." which I find odd since it is a usb install, though I browse and find the driver from the asus website, it installs but says no devices found. I need some help. Thanks in advance, and this is why I hate laptops that restrict Installations...
  7. Thanks for the help, I went under the drive itself instead of the whole system and changed it to AHCI and it booted correctly. Thanks for the help!
  8. Under MDA mode there are: Auto SWDMA0 SWDMA1 SWDMA2 MWDMA0 MWDMA1 MWDMA2 UDMA0-UDMA5
  9. It seems to be more of a windows not liking the motherboard.
  10. The XP and win7 32bit ran on sata, so I don't think it is the controller.
  11. PSU runs fine, I tested it on another rig.
  12. It gets to the "windows starting" and starts the window logo animation, but then crashes
  13. I bought a system from a friend that boots XP 32bit and Win7 32bit, but not win7 64bit. The Install is fresh and works on 2 other systems, fm2 and 1155, though it starts to boot on my AM2 but blue screens too fast to read. It is 64bit ready and I ran Win 7 advisor. I am up for any advise. Specs: CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 9850 Mobo: Asus M2N6B-VM RAM: 4xSuper Talent T800UB2G/H HDD: WD2500JS PSU: Antec EarthWatts EA-500D
  14. I could really use a new power supply, so that is my favorite part.
  15. So is there any benefit if your board is legacy compatible?
