Internet Update #9000

 

So after my landlord fucked up again, i forwarded my letter with their signature to the ISP myself.

They more or less immediately called me back on the subject and were quite understanding but also 

blamed the others (technician in this case) on the oopsies. 

 

Now i have my fourth technician appointment for the thing this friday.

I explicitly wrote them an email again telling them to make absolutely sure that

the new guy knows about my situation and brings the necessary time and equipment on friday.

 

Of course i'll keep ya'll posted.

    If there's still no progress on friday i will make absolutely sure that they regret ever accepting me as a customer and the technician will stay at my place until everything looks brand new again. Luckily i have a spare bed.
