okay okay okay, let's get that out of the way once and for all:
Going from 1440p down to 1080p again is WAY WORSE than going from 144hz to 60hz.
My 24" 1080p looks like shit to my eyes now. If anyone here is from europe (or germany actually) and has a Dell U2715H i'd gladly
trade it for my XL2411T

I do find 16:10 a bit more practical for uses like that but I almost never find myself in that situation, so meh.
Team Fortress 2 in all fairness isn't a terrible looking game, especially since its art style works in favor of it the majority of the time. If you find the SCM viewmodels for the hands and characters, it makes a unusually noticeable difference. Couple that with 4x MSAA and it looks really clean if a bit dated. Sadly it just doesn't run all too well on my rig, but in all fairness I shouldn't have expected an FX-4100 to plow through it as good as even an Ivy Bridge-era Pentium.

He tested TF2 at 4K on that card with 4x MSAA (I'm assuming here but it's that or 8x) and it seemed like it ran really well at that res
