  1. sorry for responding so late. life happens i totally forogt about this post lol. Yeah i have seen it in a WAN Show stream he did a few months ago, he also showed it there and talked about a bunch of stuff, answered questions on it from Floatplane chat, but i still wanna know how MC friendly is it. coz if it is relatively weather resistant, it could be the last back pack i'll ever need if the other claims he makes about it double and triple stitched in places is true. my one work colleague bought me a back pack as a secret Santa present coz the one i had was basically destroyed but still hanging in there, the one he got within 2 weeks already one of the shoulder straps half broken off where the seem is with the bag itself. simple case of the seem was over loaded with multiple panels meeting in one place and only one row of stitching holding it all together, plus the pitch (?) [the size of the spaces between stitches] was way too large and the thread was just basic cheap thread that one can snap with their fingers. was never gonna hold up under the abuse i put bags through.
  2. So I'm catching on WAN show coz reasons, i was watching/listening to December 10th WAN show and Linus Leaked the LTT Backpack. And you know what? i kinda want one. I am not known to be gentle with bags and i do tend to go through them rather quickly, so buying backpacks is kind of a chore for me. Literally got one on the 24th dec and the strap is already half gone. Anyways, as motorcycle rider (its my only vehicle) I wanna ask Linus how will the backpack fair against that kind of usage? exposure to weather etc? lots of sun and lots of rain because sub Saharan half the year, sub tropic the other half (actually more like daily). When winter is over in Canada and they havens released the back, can he test it while riding daily?
  3. well thats your problem right there son. at this point, there are several things you can do. one is to wipe the phone, try to find and isntall EMUI for EU region your in or install vanilla android on the phone... You could also try to just simply crack is (apple people call it jail breaking) the phone but in all these regards, youre on ya own mate. what ever you do man, good luck.
  4. I did a bit of research for you, basically by putting on those corsair fans, you went and put on worse performing fans than the stock ones. sure they look good but they have worse max static pressure and over all air flow. Here some links for you to go see. check under the specification tabs and compare the two. You wanna mainly look at the CFM and mmH20 values. try installing the stock fans and see if your temps will come down again. https://www.nzxt.com/products/kraken-x61 https://www.corsair.com/us/en/LED-Color/ml-pro-rgb-config/p/CO-9050078-WW
  5. if youre sure it isnt restricted in the advanced settings, you could try and reinstall the application. failing that, ensure you have the latest EMUI update (manually check for an update) Also check that google play services are allowed to access the network.
  6. SATA hotplugging (facepalms) Okay. PC is kinda busy downloading some software right now but i will go check it some other time when i shut down my PC. And i dont think its the SATA connectors as this sstarted only recently (say a 2 months ago or so). but again the only reason this pisses me off is that my important hard drive is the one that shows up and the one with just stuff i wont be too bothered if its unplugged doesnt show up...
  7. Check to see if the app is allowed through to access the internet in Networked Applications. just enter your settings and searched networked apps, then select networked apps, then system apps tab and check in there. also check if data saver is off on your way through. if it is networked, also check to under advanced network settings (press the "Networked Apps" title at the top of the screen and a drop box should appear, select advanced network settings) to see if its enabled when roaming.
  8. SO recently my one hard drive died (no issue with that) but since then, windows has been showing my second drive (E:) that i have programs installed on as an External device even though its plugged in through SATA and it not really much of an issue. it just bothers me and i wonder if anyone knows why this happens. I just bought a second internal HDD and when i plugged it in just now, it also shows up as an external drive (but this could be explained by the fact i havent partitioned it yet and i plan to use it for something else)... Weird part is that i have a third drive(G:) that doesn't show up as an external drive, but i can access it just fine and it works properly and everything. I have provided a screenshot of what i am explaining here for graphical representation... Anyway, any idea on wtf is going on or what could be causing this hiccup?
  9. okay yeah thanks man. the target is bigger capacity (as always). and i have 16GB RAM so i should be sorted... thanks for your time
  10. Nah, just 1 mirror so i can have the old data on the new on, use the New one as if its the Old one and Wipe the old one clean and use it for something else... probably a back up drive or something else.. i dunno...
  11. Okay. I assume you mean copying using RAID 1 right? if so, then will able to use the mirrored drive as normal? And what i intend to do is mirror the existing drive then use it for something else... or as just a spare drive i keep in case of emergency. (but i will need to it to be clean first)
  12. Real time. i plan to use the new drive hence i need an exact mirror. (This is why i say mirror and not copy of the drive)
  13. You answered yourself in your question. when your CPU hits 100% usage, it cant process anymore information. Your CPU is getting bottlenecked and that why you get stuttering. The stuttering is caused by the CPU not being able to provide the GPU with enough information to process the game and then you stutter hard. when you hit the CPU limit, there isnt a lot you can do.. try increasing the graphics quality in your game to have the GPU work harder and allow some breathing room for the CPU. but that is really just a stop gap.. there isnt a lot you can do besides upgrade your CPU.
  14. I am getting a new Hard Drive in a few days and i would like to make an exact copy of my secondary Hard drive. problem is though i have software like Steam (and its stuff) and other programmes installed on it. i just wanna mirror it and continue using it as normal.. . Any software i can use that's preferably free?
  15. doesnt matter what motherboard. as long as the mobo meets the needs you have (i.e. supports overclocking if you gonna overclock; has enough PCI-e slots and wired according to the amount of expansion cards and what not you need.) theres not one perfect MOBO, just find one that suits needs and price bracket. as for the FAN, get an H115i or an H110i GTX v2 liquid cooler. esspecially if you gonna overclock. those puppies run hot when you start wringing their necks
