So I tried a custom install and it went through and now detects im running the latest, so it must of worked. Kinda strange why that was.

I have done that as well, im going to try doing custom install and see if it persists.

I have tried that as well, whenever I run it and I hit install I choose the Clean install and it asks that it will restart and I hit yes and then it just closes and dose nothing.

I have a Asus ROG Strix X370-F.

So I want to update my chipset and I go download the latest chipset from AMD's site and I run it and it detects that yeah im running an old version and l proceed but every time I do it just closes and dosent do anything? any ideas? Im only doing this since the lasted Bios update recommends I make sure I have the current chipset driver before installing. I currently have a Ryzen system.

So I just purchased HD6XX from Massdrop and I would really like to make sure I take full advantage of them. Im not sure what amp I should purchase. Im just looking for something thats in my budget within 100-150$ and can just stay at my desk. Thank you for for your support and suggestions I get.

Sorry Im a friend of his, So he got a PCIE Network adapter and where having trouble with it still. This time were getting no connection.

Okay so long story short, recently a friend of mine just built his first computer and it was all great, until we had a Ethernet problem, internet would work but locked at 10Mbps but when he plugged it into his laptop it was fine. He made a post about it earlier and we did everything we got from that post. He bought a new network adapter and we hoped this would be the fix, sadly we tried the card and now where getting no connection. Ive been trying to help him out since but haven't gotten it to work.The last thing he wants to do is RMA his board so im trying everything before we have to. If your wondering the board is a MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon. Ill take any help I can get. Have the same thing. Ive tried tons of things and nothinf helps. The thing that mostly everybody says is it could be a PSU issue.

Randomly. Like recently I just left my PC for like 2 hours came back with the peripherals not glowing or functioning. screen is black and no response. But since I game a lot it happens mostly in games, sometimes it happens when I'm just watching YouTube.

So recently I've been experiencing black screens that freeze my computer. I look at the system and everything is running, fans are blowing, lights are still lighted up. I've read simular things and most say it could be the PSU. Here's my PSU model if that's important EVGA Nex650G1

So for the past week ive been trying to deal with theses random black screens that freeze my whole computer to the point I have to unplug the power from it. Sometimes my computer also just restarts at random. Ive done a full reset on my computer and have installed all the latest drivers and window updates and I still get this issue and i'm really tired of it. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas I would really appreciate it.
