    bro you dont need drivers for your cpu even if you could download them you prob wont see a any differents in performance

    compare benchmarks then see which you need you can always get more ram but you cant get a new gpu for a laptop also seeing as how you saved up it would probably be a bit before you get another and the extra gpu headroom would be helpful

    Just clean the bloatware because phones slowing down aren't caused by the phone itself it's caused by you and the stuff you download so get clean up your phone real good

    Hydrogen would not be a good idea since it's flammable and helium is lighter then water so I would actually run up a tube also expensive As for ammonia....... I'm not sure you want to Risk your life for better temps on a computer for something that works fine Also little gain Use Phase change or liquid nitrogen or just a balls to the wall water cooling loop
