  1. "Personalizar cookies" means "customized cookies". Haha don't worry, it just lets you tweak cookies, as per the EU privacy law. Yeah, I get the feeling it's quick and dirty. Maybe it will cover me for a year, and by that time I hope to have gotten a proper desktop pc ready. My main gripe is if I get something in the thousand euro range, it will be more durable and hopefully resellable. Or skipping the dedicated GPU isle and get a more reliable product for the long term. Worst case scenario is having a 700 euro paperweight collecting dust by 2022. Best case is something to lite game when not at home, or when a guest comes over and wants to lan party.
  2. Sorry, doing it from a phone. This may work: https://www.amazon.es/ASUS-TUF-Gaming-FX506LH-BQ034-Hoguera-Teclado/dp/B08DNKWTBS/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=asus+tuf+a15&qid=1615249954&sprefix=asus+tuf&sr=8-1
  3. I recently had to move and sell my whole gaming rig (8700k, 2080 and 240hz). The idea is to get a temporary laptop to game Apex until I have job stability and can build a custom set up. Looking to spend the least possible money without making a bad choice. Found this version of the TUF A15 in Amazon Spain: https://www.amazon.es/ASUS-TUF-Gaming-FX506LH-BQ034-Hoguera-Teclado/dp/B08DNKWTBS/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=asus+tuf+a15&qid=1615249954&sprefix=asus+tuf&sr=8-1 It has really nice reviews, and I understand the cons of having a laptop (heat). But wouldn't want to hit that 'buy' button before consulting with the forums. Thanks in advanced!!
  4. lets try this motherfucking keyboard I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but I thought that a dynamic mic such as the SM58 would not require a shock mount? I thought that was for condensers only. As an additional note I've tried adding some foam and different types of cloth, where the mic arm mounts, and it didn't bring the noise down at all sadly.
  5. Will this take some processing power out of my graphics card? Lets say I'm streaming and gaming for example, will the RTX voice tax the performance of any of those activities?
  6. Recently purchased a microphone arm for my desk. It's a Samson MBA28. It's holding a Shure SM58 microphone. However when typing with a mechanical keyboard, or when lifting the mouse and putting it down again while gaming, the mic is picking up the vibrations from the desk. Is this normal? Maybe I need some kind of dampener placed somewhere? Thanks in advance!
  7. Thanks, I was thinking about upgrading it. If the PSU wasn't enough I was planning on upgrading that first, but since it will hold, I'll go for the RAM upgrade instead. I use it mostly for gaming and every now and then streaming and video editing.
  8. Thanks for the reply! I'm thinking ahead, due to prices going up in the whole world, and my country's economy is going to hell, I wanted to plan and see if I would need to upgrade other parts before processor and mobo. Yes, the 8700k is a beast, and the only reason I am thinking of upgrading is because it's still good, so secondary market here has a good price on it. I bought it right at launch, and in a year it will probably go down in value more than I'd like to sell it for. Right now if I sell the 8700k, I only have to add a 5-10% of the price of an i9 10900k out of my own pocket to upgrade. But if I wait too much that could be up to 30-50%.
  9. I currently have this setup: [PSU]: EVGA 850w Supernova G2 Gold [Processor]: i7 8700k 3.7ghz 6 cores ⛓[Motherboard]: Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 z370 🎞[Memory]: G-Skill Trident Z 16gb 3200mhz DDR4 [Video]: Asus RTX 2080 dual 8gb [Capture Card]: Elgato HD60 Pro [Wi-fi]: Linksys PCI-E [SSD]: WD Blue 500gb IDE [HDD]: WD Blue 4tb IDE 🗑[Case]: Corsair 570x [Cooling]: Corsair LL120 RGB [Processor Cooler]: Deepcool Assasin II 🎛[DAC]: Focusrite 2i2 Considering the amount of power the new i9 10th series will be consuming, with a new mobo, should I also look for a bigger PSU? And I know that this is a PSU forum, but do you think I should upgrade memory or I could stick with what I have?
  10. There used to be a thread that had a list of all headsets and earbuds tested by Linus and their tiers according to price. I can't seem to find it by searching or even googling the site. Thanks.
  11. I've got several different RGB parts and I initially thought it would be possible to sync the RGB colors, but now it seems that it's not possible... I'm looking for help, or even suggestions of other parts to buy that do actually sync RGB. Corsair: Fans LL120 RGB (thought they were compatible with RGB fusion from Gigabyte, seems I was wrong) Gigabyte: Motherboard Aorus Gaming 7 z370 G-Skill: RAM Trident Z RGB (compatible with both Gigabyte and Aura) Asus: Video Card Strix 1070 (I knew this wasn't compatible, was planning to change it for a 1080 ti Aorus down the line) Should I try to switch to Asus motherboard then solving the RGB sync issue? Is Corsair compatible with Aura? Or is there a way to sync the Corsair LL120 with RGB Fusion? Thanks in advanced!
  12. Any fan splitter brands that are recommended? The idea is to put 2 fans for the CPU cooler, they go in the CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT slots. Then one in the exhaust, I guess that could go in the SYS_FAN1. One more above the PSU shroud, this would need to be split with the other three fans that are using the slots 3, 4 and 5. And the last two in the top sharing slot SYS_FAN2.
  13. You're right! Found two more. I guess one is for exhaust and another for the top.
  14. I just finished my build, which is: Case: Corsair Crystal 570x Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 Z370 Processor: Intel i7 8700k RAM: G-Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 2x8gb RGB SSD: WD Blue 500gb 3d Nano PSU: EVGA 850w G2 Graphics Card: Asus Strix 1070 8gb So when I plugged the three fans in the motherboard I notice there are only three slots for fans. Theoretically, if I wanted to add 4 more fans, where would I plug them? Do I need some kind of hub? Would that hub need to be plugged in the normal fan controller of the motherboard? Adding picture of the manual of the motherboard. Thanks in advanced!
  15. Thank you for your info. Another last question, you think the Frostbite is not good enough and I should look for the IC diamond or Kryonaut? Or it’s fine at least for now until I get water cooling and start overclocking?
  16. Went to the local PC and grabbed an EVGA Frostbite, though I’m not sure if it’s the best option. My build is: Processor: i8700k Cooler: Deepcool Assasin 2 Case: Corsair 570x Crystal May switch to a h100i later down the line. Should I buy another paste or is this fine?
  17. You do have a valid point. I'm just imaging possible future uses for a quite low price DAC. I bought my 2i2 and used it for recording. Now I'm not recording much with it, but I use it as a daily driver while gaming, watching movies or using discord. It may be overkill, but I've had it for more than 3 years and there is no need to change it yet. If OP wants good quality audio from those speakers he's gonna get that, if he finds himself recording later down the line he has that option, and if he wants to have a convenient way to manage audio set up when doing voice chats then he can. I love to have my volume level managed in a physical way. I love that I can have both headphones and speakers plugged and be able to switch that without having to alt-tab. I love that I can raise my volume when somebody doesn't listen to me in discord without having to alt-tab.
  18. What anothertom said is quite correct. If you're using modern technology, like keyboards over USB, then you don't need a DAC for them. If you wanna have the option of connecting old midi keyboards then I'd say go for the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4. It will give you the output to monitor and headphones that you need. Plus the pre-amp on the Scarlets is quite good for their price. I currently own a 2i2 and it's a beast, wouldn't change it for anything of any other brand (unless I went professional level).
  19. Damn, was happy to see this was exactly the piece of sofware that I was looking for. But not sure if I wanna pay for it. Is there anything similar free? Thanks for the help!
  20. Does someone have the names of the software used for Benchmarks and Monitoring (temps and usage) that are showed in LTT? I'm mainly looking for a CPU temp software that shows temperature in a "over time" fashion. Right now all that I've found is a list of all temps (high, low and current), plain and simple. But I want to see what the temperature fluctuations over time were, like a graph. Same for CPU throttling. Appreciate the help!
  21. Man, this is awesome. Makes me wanna do it on my Razer Blade Stealth. It gets really high in temps, even with the Razer Core. Right now while playing GTA or PUBG the CPU goes up to 100°C.

  23. Are there any monitors similar to the LG38U99 out there? My main concern with it is not getting G-Sync. Basically what I'm looking for is an Ultrawide monitor (preferrably 38 inches) with multiple inputs. My set up is a Balde Stealth with Razer Core + 1070, and my work computer that has the flex broken, so it needs to be plugged in to a monitor. As switching from my monitor with mouse and keyboard plugged in, to the tiny screen of the Blade Stealth is getting tedious, the LG38U99 seems like a great idea, minus Free-Sync. Any sugestions for this? Should I just go with the LG38U99? Are G-Sync and high refresh rates that important? Adding photos of my current set up (Core and 1070 are getting shipped )
