  1. Remove Card Test On board graphics, Does it stutter? If so then it isn;t the graphics card If it doesn't stutter unless gpu is in then reinstall all the latest drivers online If problem continues it might be your graphics card... Make sure all old graphics card drivers are uninstalled especially nvidia drivers....
  2. Don't. Its that simple... don't get the new titan.... Get the 1080....
  3. Delete all chrome program files then un-install then re-install ... If its not working try using firefox and see if the problem continues... Or try and download an older version of chrome...
  4. Go back to factory settings with all overclocks and the windows boot device is the storage drive that contain your operating system that is wear it should be startinf from. Just make sure that in your bios it has that storage drive as priority on start up. Also try to unplug any flashdrives while starting up. Look in your bios instructions online and see how to select your bottable device.. Best of Luck sorry if this didnt directly answer what you were saying hard to understand what your asking for.
  5. Get a windows install usb stick and try running windows repair.... Put the RAM in the original configuration. If that doesn't work try borrowing another friends RAM with different speed as for it will try to reconfigure again hopefully the right way. Best of Luck Also google the error their is a few forum posts about it around the internet.
  6. Hello, The darkrock will fit the 1151 socket as for it is the same as the 1150 configuration.. (Thanks Intel ) But one thing... Your poor little graphics card.... Don't forget about him.... Listen to iNoa97...
  7. Try testing your speed on other devices like laptops, phones and tablets see how consistent it is... Also a wired connection by ethernet from your router helps a lot aswell. But your computer may just be slow and not helping your internet problems as for it is now slow internet on a slow computer...
