Been debating over getting a 3D printer for some time. Did some research and look at some of the upcoming ones.
Welp, I put down an order for a Prusa Mini as it seems the printer has solid build quality and a good size community around that companies' printers. Now to wait for when those printers are release and shipped.
In mean time, got to setup a spot for the printer and get a Raspberry 3 Pi B+ so I can run octoprint, and I need to research some more on setup of a good enclosure, along with hardware to monitor the printer.

If you looking for a more affordable FDM 3D Printer. Look at the Anycubic Mega or Ender 3. Note, those don't have auto bed leveling, but a BLTouch can be put onto them to do that.
Those two tend to go on sale throughout the year.
Just note, if going Ender 3, those tend to require a bit of tinkering to dail in good and most advise to later on upgrade parts on them to improve print quality.
