I've recently been trying to overclock the screen on my Predator Helios 300 past its 60hz limit with CRU. The most I can eke out is 70hz before these dark vertical lines appear on screen, and at 80hz, they are extremely distinguishable from the normal colors. Is this normal? Or is this the limit of what I can push my screen to.?
Same as the other people who replied, a 1080p, 144hz monitor will probably be better for gaming. But, if you are doing video editing and movie watching with it, 1440p 60hz is a very good choice. It all depends on the hardware.
Wow, why did they have to put the manufacturing plant under seisure? Where they handling dangerous materials without permission, or is it just a plain government mistake?

What I mean is that it runs at a solid 3 ghz, which should be good for most games. The core count could matter less above 4 cores as the speed of the cores should be more important than the amount of cores.
If you are looking for a heavy usage workstation, Try looking at the Xeon E5-2687W v4. It has many cores for rendering videos and such, but also has a sufficent speed to support gaming.
Hello! I was wondering what there is to look forward to at CES 2017in the computer industry. Mostly looking for gaming and workstation related things, oh and some video editing.
