I Need a new computer because my dad bought me a Gaming computer That was 600-700$ that cant be upgrade past PCI 2.0. I'm not complaining by the way and I'm very happy but i need some better computing. If you can, The Razer Blade 14 you would be appreciated. Welp cant accesses my bios or firmware thur regular way and cant get the boot menu to show f12. I keep hitting f12 for boot menu

I have windows 8, my boot is around 256 seconds or so and idk why the fuck it went from 120 to 256. All I did was overclock the CPU and the GPU and then stoped that because It did not make my gaming experience really better. I cant even check my bios at all (or im just not looking hard enough) Idk if its my hardrive failing.
