  1. If you have a good cooler overclocking is free performance. Do it. All cpus are different so you at least want to see what your chip is capable of. It may be that you can up the clocks a little without even adding voltage, but who knows you have to try.
  2. If you have x99 then, yes, it's the only ram you can get. If you have a different platform then, no, you can't even use it.
  3. I thought the WS board was rumored to be around $520 but it looks like an insane product. See Tek Syndicate video with JJ. If I had that kind of money to spend I would buy the WS personally. But price was a bit too much (I ended up getting deluxe and 5820k).
  4. I just ordered a 5820k for $344 from Fry's a little while ago... The question I have to ask myself is why am I spending slightly more on both my motherboard and my ram than the CPU cost me. Mobo is 400 and ram is 380 but 25 off for newegg combo.
  5. The Razer Abyssus looks like a mouse I would really like but I don't know if I could get use to not having a back and forward button after using both the G500 and G9x. ...Also don't know if the IR sensor would like my mouse pad.
  6. Terran Silver this season (gold when I was playing more) NA (I messed around on Korean a little but there was a lot of delay / lag) Keyboard: Ducky Shine 2 (Mx Brown, white LEDs, 108 key) Mouse: Logitech G9x Pad: Mionix Ensis 320
  7. Which video? The cooling product test chase shown in the back of a lot of his videos is a Corsair C70
  8. Highly doubt I have the highest but $5335.05 is pretty good (of course I never bought a full price game off Steam). ...and according to Steamometer.com the value is only $4989.59 not sure why the two sites report different numbers.
  9. Generally single rail is better... Although I have heard arguments that multi-rail is better for PSUs over 1000w.
  10. I only have awful cell phone pics with bad lighting at the moment but I don't feel bad posting them if they are the fist pictures :D Here's my gunmetal 810:
  11. I think you need to be using the dual link DVI for 120hz. I don't think it possible over HDMI and furthermore how would the 360 benefit from it? Most 360 games run at a spotty 30FPS and movie playback would only be around 24.
  12. 2560 x 1440 is certainly the way to go. 120hz is nice but you won't consider 1080p an acceptable resolution anymore after using 1440. :P
