Hello, I want to have an engine start stop button similar to those cars use, but as my power button on my case. Would this be possible? Is there any guide on it? That's why I want a SUBwoofer. Subbass is commonly around ~35-55Hz.

Hey, I'll maybe have 10-15 people max up there and only looking to play music through a loudspeaker. I decided only to get one since we're prob going to be drunk anyway and most clubs run in mono anyway. Call that ignorant but I'm also trying to make it cheaper since I prob won't be using this so often. I doubt the B115MP3 gets as low as 45Hz so I'll prob add in a cheap sub with it. My budget for the sub I'd say is around $100, but I really need it to be active!

I stated I'll be picking up a powered SPEAKER, the Behringer B115MP3 and that I need a subwoofer TO GO WITH IT. Edit: About the usage, I've got a french roof (around 80sqm) that I'd like to play music in every now and then.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, but I haven't got any account on any PA forums and was hoping you guys could help me out. Soon I'll be picking up a powered speaker, was going towards the Behringer B115MP3. Behringer doesn't really include the sensitivity and frequency response, but I'm thinking it's somewhere around 50/55Hz-20kHz. I want to buy a cheap active subwoofer to go with it and get those frequencies under 50Hz. Any recommendations?

What I love the most about it are the specs and the looks. The above-average speakers are also a bonus but I'll most likely be hooking up some headphones to it.

Yep, I got closer to the 280X and I can hear it now. I'm pretty sure my speakers are interfering with it. I also got closer to my brother's GTX670 and he also seems to have some. I googled "280X coil whine" and wasn't expecting to see so many cards having the problem. Now, I read this ground loop isolator can fix it. I can get one of those or return the card tomorrow to get a replacement, but I don't want to keep changing cards just to find out they all do it. or I could find a ground loop isolator. Can anyone recommend one? 6.3mm jack to 6.3mm jack. Maybe a link to a website shipping worldwide? Or should I replace it?

The only thing I did is take the USB port out of my old laptop and plug it in the new system. I doubt the ports somehow got dirty. Also, if it's my speakers, shouldn't they be doing it every time? It's coil noise, I know it, it changes with how I move my mouse/around the map, etc.This is a bummer because I'll have to turn the speakers off every time I want to play something, and to do that I have to reach behind them and flick the switch...

Oh, I just realised I forgot to add the PSU in the part list. Added now. It's a Corsair RM750. EDIT: Mods, I feel this is not the correct place to post this. Can the thread get moved to the Troubleshooting section?

Hello, I've recently set my PC up and when ingame or running GPU benchmarks, I can hear a strange noise like Linus had in his coil whine noise demonstration video, except mine's coming from my speakers. Nothing wrong with the headphones, tho, and they're both connected to my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface. I've read this could also be caused by the PSU. This is my first day using this PC, here are the specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2ztcQ My speakers are a pair of KRK RP5 G2 studio monitors. Been using them for a bit more than a year and I've never had this problem until now. How can I fix this? Is it doing any damage to my speakers?

Hey, what do you mean by the expensive mobo? Would you recommend something cheaper like the GA-Z87-HD3? Does it still have good overclocking potential?
