Attached the video. Sometimes those pixels light up sometimes they remain 1 color. When i alt-tab it disapears. Well the fan that comes with the cooler probably would be better than the stock fan. Hope so. But i could later maybe swap the fan only, if it gets loud

So i have a samsung galaxy s plus I was wondering what should i buy, im planning to sell it and buy something a bit better used ofc ( budget problems ) Mine is laggy and slow sometimes i use cyanogenmod on it but still its slow. So i was wondering what should i get? It can be iphone, or android i don't really care i just use it to talk and messages maybe a bit of browsing thats all
