  1. Thought I'd share my personal annual deals compilation list again for anyone interested. Feel free to share. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DANKyvYtv3wDL3Bb0QvUNE2UErbc1C6UiXjHK0_Qnw4/edit?usp=sharing
  2. Hey Guys, I think I missed last year but it's hard to put these lists together with 4 boys in grade school. I'm gonna try to do this and keep it updated but we are doing virtual learning this year and I'm working from home. If you see some updates or new deals you want added to the list post them and I'll try me best to update it on the Google Doc. Happy holidays! https://docs.google.com/document/d/19M5_hpboin3xqMQ8eULSbA83Id86MC3utcdAkcx7yts/edit?usp=sharing
  3. They will perform pretty much the same. MSI are usually pretty quiet and cool but just get whichever you prefer aesthetically or is cheaper. Both will be about the same.
  4. Between those two most definitely get the MSI.
  5. This is a pretty solid rig. +1 I'd also recommend hunting for a used GPU. GTX 1070's can be found cheap right now.
  6. I'm compiling my personal list of deals again this year and thought I would share the list with anyone interested! I'm just gathering lists from various sources and putting them in one place. Link to the Google Doc below. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WVphgHMQSoyWwfgkIAygGOr20EEwG2GAXDoEEpfzNPc/edit?usp=sharing Update: Here is a spreadsheet format
  7. The EVGA FTW2 model is a better overall choice IMO. They will perform about the same but EVGA has the best warranty and support in the industry.
  8. A 290X isn't bad but they double as a space heater and power hog.
  9. I've purchased used mining cards and rarely had an issue. Just look the card over really well and make sure it's in good physical condition. Ask lots of questions like the age of the card, average running temp, if it was undervolted, and if it was in a climate controlled area. Cards left in humid basements or garages may show signs of moisture or tarnish on the metallic components. Avoid those.
  10. This exact model would be my suggestion.
  11. As long as temps are under 80C and your PC doesn't crash you are good.
  12. I would tend to agree with this suggestion.
  13. Buying used is always worth it especially on ebay or Amazon. They both have buyer protection so you're covered in case of a bad card. I've bought numerous used cards and rarely had a problem.
  14. This is a pretty sweet deal! Just throw your money at it.
  15. Working on some updates for Cyber Monday and plan to continue updating tomorrow.
  16. Glad it was useful. I'm planning to scour more deals and add them tomorrow.
  17. I'm in the midst of putting together my annual Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and everything in between and all around Holiday Deals list. I do this each year to keep organized all the deals for myself but share it in a Google Doc for other to use too. Just don't buy out the things I'm trying to get! Also, I update it fairly frequently during the next couple weeks so feel free to check back.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-_NF0QvxGSCyKZ3r6xg0mS4xlrlVY8EJtrAL2osyfg0/edit?usp=sharing
