I like the asus tuf a bit more because I think it's a better card for a number of reasons and Im a asus fanboy as of recently after discovering my 3080 tuf hidden potential lol. The 7900xt/xtx runs slightly cooler and almost identical to the nitro+ in terms of performance in stock config. It uses mlcc caps on the back just like the nitro+ but uses 70amp inductors versus the stock 50amp on the nitro+. The cooler on it is same as on the 4090 tuf and can handle 600w or even 700w no problem which is INSANE. Another crazy thing about it is that it has a header provided by asus for EVC2SE voltmod to get around signed vbios. Its vapor chamber is nickel plated which looks nicer imo and can be used with liquid metal but I would go with PTM7950 if you ever want to repaste it. The pcb looks a lot cleaner too and the shell is sheet metal. I also like the 5800x3d a lot more. I had a 5900x originally and I wasn't too happy with it and as soon as the 5800x3d came out I got it and I am very happy with it to this day. It pushes my 3080 to its limits in 99% of games and no stuttering and very stable fps(the 0.1% and 1% lows are really good).

I have the big brother 7900XTX Nitro+ and the temps are really good, fan noise is also manageable plus I have no noticeable coil whine. My only recent experiences with ASUS was with my 3070, which performed well, but otherwise I can't say. Sapphire is well regarded among AMD board partners, so it's hard to go wrong picking them.

    I'd say get the nitro+
But more importantly, are you playing at 1080p?

Not yet, but it is what I'm set on upgrading to. The 5950X cost a lot more than the performance gain compared to 5900X while the 5700X/5800X are noticeably lower in performance for "professional" use (which is the main reason I'm upgrading). True this isn't something I considered as I thought the TUF B450 can handle it given the supposedly better VRMs and the heatsinks it has, paired with a common vertical cooler instead of a mobo facing one like the stock.

Also, I don't plan on OCing the 5900X. I'd definitely be looking into better cooling and probably an X570, but currently I wanted a solid upgrade for work without stretching the budget, otherwise I would be looking into a complete upgrade to 7900X/7950X.

So the PS120SE is the best choice with PA120SE after it, if so I'll probably go for PS120SE (unless they're out of stock 🙃)

So AMD's new graphics cards are here, and they are pretty sick... But what's even more sick than hearing about a new graphics card? Owning one for yourself!

Aw yeah man, we are giving away one Polaris 10 video card and one Polaris 11 video card thanks to our good friends over at AMD.

So, how do you enter to win one of these fine graphics cards?

    1. Post a comment below telling us what graphics card you're using in your rig and why you want an upgrade to AMD's Polaris lineup. The two winners will be selected at random, so no, the content of your comment doesn't REALLY matter, but this is more fun than seeing 800 posts of "I want it" or "gibe nao pls." One comment (entry) per user.

    2. Check back here in about a week when the names of our two winners will be added to the OP (giveaway execution is an art not a science people, so I apologize in advance if winners aren't announced in exactly one week).

    3. Check your inbox here on the forum to make sure you didn't miss it. Our winners' usernames will be added to the OP here, so if you have any question about the legitimacy of a congratulatory message regarding this giveaway, please be sure to check back here and see if your name has been added.

And, while this isn't a requirement, feel free to give our friends over at @AMDRadeon on Twitter a follow.

Winners will be PMed from this account on the forum. Please do not consider winner messages from any other user in regards to this giveaway.

This giveaway is worldwide with no age restriction.

    Best of luck to all!!

Wow, all these people with good GPUs wanting more for themselves instead of letting people like me with s*** GPUs have a chance why is the world so unfair?
