Things change. You'll save yourself the trouble of upgrading your build down the road then, and you'll be able to play games with the best dollar/performance ratio.

Stock is fine, trust me. I got a stock cooler on my build and it never hits 60

Try testing the game files in the settings for a game. Could solve your issue. Or reinstall the game and reset the graphics settings

The one with the i5-7400 is your best bet. Minecraft in my past experiences when I played the game tends to be a bit more Cpu heavy. Also with a new processor, you would only need to upgrade your graphics card if you wanted to get more performance. And anyways, Minecraft isn't the most demanding game ever.

What if I don't care? All I want is a boost in frames, and anyways I spend my money on virtual hats anyways.
