How to Upgrade from Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows 10:
Simply download the Windows Upgrade Advisor app for Windows Phone 8.1 and let it check to see if your device is on the supported list.
Then backup your phone in the settings menu.
Once the above is completed make sure to go to settings menu and tap on "Updates and Backup".
Go to "Updates" and let it download the update.
After this is complete it will restart the phone and proceed to install the update.
How to upgrade from Windows 10 Mobile Threshold 1 to Redstone 1:
An update via Windows update should be available shortly.
Once available download and install the update. It will restart your phone in the process.
