  1. 120Hz is specifically used if you connect the monitor via HDMI, I'm using DP cable. As you can see from the video in the game I changed the resolution, and everything downscale (as for graphics) but after changing the resolution, it blinks black after even though I changed the resolution to 2560x1440 it says Display port 3840x2160. At widows desktop, if I change the resolution to 1440p it works with 144hz with no problems, the problem persists only in-game, although I have an old game "Darsiders 2" when I change the resolution to 1440p in blinks black screen and says Display port 2560x1440 and it works with 144hz, other games just even though I change the resolution to 1440p it stays 4k 120hz...
  2. Here is what I mean how it behaves
  3. CPU: Ryzen 5800x RAM: 32Gb 3600Mhz GPU: RX 6700 XT Motherboard: Asus prime x470 pro Monitor: Gigabyte M32U I'm using display port cable, in windows desktop (display settings) all resolutions up to 4k has a refresh rate of 144Hz. My issue is with games, when I play games (obviously my RX 6700 XT cant hadle all games in 4k) I use 1440p or 1080p and my monitor has a max refresh rate of 120Hz. I've updated drivers for the (GPU and Monitor), updated firmware for the Monitor, disabled Free sync, nothing helped. Can someone help me?
