  1. A few weeks again I accidentally smashed my Sennheiser In-Ear Momentums. To replace them I just purchased the 1MORE Triple Driver. Has anyone tried these headphones and tried the Sennheisers? I was going to buy the Sennheisers but wanted to try something new. If anyone has any recommendations for better headphones in the $100 price range I would love to hear about them.
  2. Sorry if someone has asked this already but I've spent the past few days googling and couldn't find anything. I'm currently getting ready to paint my corsair 750d and following this guide http://www.overclock.net/t/458611/interior-case-spray-painting-guide. Before I paint tomorrow I was trying to figure out if I need to sand all of the powdercoat off or just give the metal a ruff texture.
  3. Better than the one he had and he's obviously not willing/able to get anything better.
  4. At minimum I would say go for a single stick of 8 gig and numb that PSU up to an 80+ bronze. I wouldn't worry about an "upgrade path".
  5. Was maxing out on my monitor. Upgraded to 16 and know I can have chrome on one monitor and gta or whatever game on my main and it still runs like a champ.
  6. I had to upgrade my pc to 16 gigs because gta v on 1440 was causing some major memory issues when I drove quickly.
  7. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Scatoogle/saved/wZbwP6 check this out. Runs the 6500 is a very acceptable CPU choice and the stock cooler is more than sufficient. It's only marginally more expensive but well worth however long you have to wait.
  8. No but both Newegg and pc part pocket both allow you to filter by feature. Unless your overclocking no reason to worry about your chipset. Just get the board with the features you want.
  9. The h440 is a nice case you can get without a window. If I didn't buy the 750d I definitely would have gotten that case (but with a window)
  10. Is there any reason you are putting an MATX mobo in a full ATX case? It won't cause any issues, it would just look funny. Otherwise it looks like a good set up. You could probably shave off some cost by going for a i5-6500.
  11. i plan on using the same mono sometime in the next year (it's just soooo sexy). If I had the money RIGHT NOE I would put it in a lian li pco8 and just use and external factors. But if you are sold on drive bays the corsair air 540 is a sexy case as well.
  12. I got the joke. I just really want a job. lol
  13. No, that would mean I have a full time job that pays money
  14. "Quality" of cable doesn't really matter. If you are looking for good Cat 5e cables it is generally recommended you check out Monoprice. They have pretty much everything you could possible need at great prices. Why? How long of a cable are we talking about?
  15. That comes down to strong research in the area and enforcement of international laws. I have no problem with arming the "good guys" but then need to be vetted thoroughly first. On a side note LTT should do a fast as possible on conflict metals. It'd be interesting to see just how widespread it actually is and whether or not "CF" devices actually make a difference.
  16. Maybe he said something bad about noctua?
  17. It's probably a non-issue, but a picture of screw heads used in each step would be nice. Otherwise looks like a good contender for an hype build I'm planning. It's a conservative case that doesn't look boring.
  18. I mounted my motherboard with only 2 screws
  19. That looks phenomenal. Is that purple LED accent or just a very violet red?
  20. Swiftech AIOs are awesome. The look awesome and perform just as good as a custom loop because they essentially are one. It was ALMOST going to be the cooler for my next build.
  21. oh look! Something else to do other than sleep!
  22. I run 720p and 1080p and it lloks fine on my 1440p monitor. If you have a 1080p tn you will notice a difference on a 1440p ips panel. It just looks... better.
  23. This is the question we should really be asking. What looks better. The Lian Li PC-O8/09 or this....
