Have you tried disconnecting the other screen and just trying it out on a single screen? And changing it to single screen performance in Nvidia control panel? Kind of looks like a screen scaling issue somehow but I'm really not sure. My other suggestion would be to remove Rust and reinstall it... Kind of crappy suggestions I know but if DDU didn't fix that then it must be something to do with the game and not so much the GPU side of things, especially if other games run without issue AND you haven't got an overclock...

No this is a normal connection sound. If you are worried by the noise then just plug in your PSU prior to plugging it in at the wall! But don't worry you wouldn't have caused any problems! Peace!

Did you solve your issue? And do you apply an overclock? Try doing a clean install of your Nvidia drivers this usually fixes artefact issues... And I would recommend as always doing it with the following program. Yep that was as well! I think I had 256mb in 2005 I know this much then I think it was just before getting the new graphics card that I got 512mb of ram and that was just phenomenal haha back in the days where adding another stick of ram made your PC 6x faster, or at least that's how it felt anyway! Ahhh... seeing as we are on the subject I just had a memory of when I was able to play The sims 1 for the first time ever... It was 2003 and someone I knew (I was only 11) let me have their old 32mb stick of ram. Back home I had only 32mb currently so to double it was amazing. Anyway I printed off a diagram of a motherboard and how to install a RAM chip, got my dads permission and supervision (weird I know but nobody had ever opened the PC before) and away I went at doing my first ever upgrade! And that was it I was flying from there and finally got to play The Sims myself! I've hooked on PC's and gaming ever since! :'D

Is it the CX/CS series by Corsair? And technically but no 500w is the lower limit on what you should be using especially when applying a high OC... Try using just EVGA Precision X and using the kboost feature. This will lock your cards voltage and clock speed and might give you some stability back! If there isn't a problem with the card (which can't be ruled out yet) and you can't figure this one out I would then recommend a fresh copy of windows be installed!

Have you tried un plugging it and re plugging it in? Aw I'm sorry. First thing to check is have you attached the PWR, RESET and LED headers from the power switch etc on the front of the case on to the motherboard correctly. They should not only be in their right position but also in the right orientation as well. This information will be in your motherboards user guide. Also check the little I/O switch on your PSU... how many times I have forgot this myself I couldn't even count

Change your 960 for a 970... I know its about $80-100 more still but it will be so worth it when you hit that 2GB texture limit constantly in the next few years... Take it from me I have a strix 960 in my office PC and I dont bother running GTA, crysis or Witcher 3 on it any more just because of the difference between the 960 and my 970. I think the 970 is really underrated!

Nope can't say I ever noticed a dip in performance in FO ever... I feel like I have to run some FO City Benchmarks now and get some fps data haha although I do tweak the operating systems and backends of systems for simulators for a living so maybe its some behind the scences magic I have done and not even knew about Yeah it is such a great feeling when you get your new (and first) proper rig for the first time and you sit down to play a new title and it just... works!
