  1. thanks! I mostly play online shooters but I am def going to look into all my rpgs and see if I can make the camera static
  2. Any gamers on here with parkinson's or something similar? I have developed full body trimmers over the past few weeks, thankfully they are isolated mostly in the hands and feet when on meds. Obviously this has prevented me from enjoying keyboard and mouse gaming without having my POV shaking like crazy. Are their any other pc gamers on this forum with similar issues? If so do you game with just a gamepad or have you found that turning your mouse sensitivity really down is the better way to go? Or are there other options out there that I have not thought about?
  3. He could but it's not a matter of what he could or could not a matter of what he wants. For his needs, I would tell him to just get a cheap tablet and cast from it but he still wants something for his home office. He will use it for web research and cross-reference software as well. He is just tired of a laptop.
  4. So I am trying to help a friend out who works from home but also takes his pc with him for power point. He will not be doing any gaming on it at all but will be doing some light photo shop work. His wants, 1. Small Form Factor 2. Disk Drive ( I know I know its 2017 but this is not for me) 3. Display Port. 4. OS included in Price. His Budget is around $650 give or take some. But I would really like to get him the best thing for the best price so If I can get him under Budget that would be great. The Biggest problem I have come across is the good small cases cost more than some of the hardware Im wanting to put in it. I found something that is almost in his budget that is a prebuilt and Im almost leaning towards telling him to go ahead and pick it up. ( link below) Any recommendations on case or the best hardware to include would be great thanks Link ---->>> Pre-Built I found
  5. I love slaying dragons, killing orcs, and besting all forms of undead... but there are days when I get home from the office that I want to step back from the action and just relax and play a well made beautiful to look at game. Got any suggestions for this battle weary PC Gamer?
  6. Thanks community for all the help! All my components are in. You guys advice helped out a lot.
  7. Is there anything keeping me from just copying the whole steam folder instead of just the apps folder?
  8. @HarryNyquist will those filse be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam
  9. Does it matter that my steam library is on separate drives( C: and D on my laptop? ( I only I one drive in my laptop but shows up as two)
  10. I will be building my first pc in a few days and was wondering, could I transfer steam and all my games from my old laptop to my new pc without downloading them online?
  11. https://secure.newegg.com/Shopping/ShoppingCart.aspx?Submit=view are the power supply and SSHD something I should reconsider with this layout?
  12. With the above info in mind would this appear to be a decent build to get me started?
  13. It is but if saving a little more to get a better CPU is what I need to do then I'm ok with that.. does i3 vs i5 make a huge difference in the long run? also how much will having a CPU with 2.xx GHz vs 3.xx GHz change my gaming experience?
  14. Would upgrading the cpu and using a GTX 970 be wise? Maybe something like this http://pcpartpicker.com/list/jWbskT
