  1. I have updated the first post, thanks for the help.
  2. Please see attached pictures. Total hard drive space is 2.72 TB and basically no free space left. I did a Ctrl+A of the folders inside and it shows only 2.15 TB total. What takes up the remaining 600 GB? Update: Thanks for the help guys. WinDirStat shows Movies folder has 716 GB data, but Windows only shows 271 GB data, I will investigate. Again, thank you all for the help.
  3. At 1440p the difference in fps when upgrading cpu (from 6700k) is too small to notice (just google benchmarks), therefore all that money will be wasted. Just buy a used gtx 1080 - good price, on par with 2070. For CPU, why not buy ryzen 2700x? That CPU is just too good compared to any intel CPU in that price range, and even beyond that price range. (same performance as any i7 at 1440p (maybe 1 or 2 fps difference), and you get 8 cores 16 threads).
  4. Can you buy the omega halo anywhere in the US or Canada?
  5. The PG27AQ is 4k 144hz and it has not even gotten a release date yet, and the price will probably double that of the XB271HU
  6. Looks like you need to upgrade your monitor first. An RX580 is already kind of overkill for 1080p60
  7. specs are ok, don't like the brand
  8. If you could just use common sense, you would have figured it out.
  9. I didn't know you have to use programs to update driver. Use device manager
  10. Never cheap out on the PSU, it's the most important part in the PC
  11. What is this? Curry? GTX 1080? When I hear curry I think of spicy Indian food
  12. pretty sure the cost of repair will be more than the cost of a new mobo. but yeah never force anything in
  13. Regarding the 4GB vram requirement: not future games, but today's games are already requiring 4GB vram to run high settings. With that core i7 and the 1050Ti being a decent GPU, you will want to run high settings in some games. In that case, 2GB will choke, hard. Playing even esports game like overwatch on high utilize almost 2GB VRAM on my card.
