  1. I have a few opinions: 1) I would love to see you developing an easily searchable repository. Maybe something PC-Part-picker style, but with actual data to back recommend (or un-recommend) some choices. 2) I would love to see you cooperate with GN (and other credible, data-focused outlets). 2b) No, you do not need a fan tester. Use GN Data. Allow GN use of some of your data.
  2. When I first saw the title and thumbnail, I thought you were going for a Ring alternative... And I thought, "Oh my, that's a good pun." Well, maybe in the future you can be buildring a Home automation system or something
  3. About Mount Horeb and Mount Sinai: "In other biblical passages, these events are described as having transpired at Mount Sinai. Although most scholars consider Sinai and Horeb to have been different names for the same place, there is a minority body of opinion that they may have been different locations." (Wikipedia)
  4. I feel like you could have added a timing circuit (by using a capacitor and a transistor). It would improve the repeatability of your welds (and not burn your house down)
  5. Heyo, I hope this is the right forum to start this thread. I was seriously disappointed to notice that your last TechLinked was sponsored by RAID. After you had the (fairly long) debate about whether having PIA as a sponsor is ok or not, i was at the point where my opinion about sponsor spots was: "I don't care whom you advertise, but try to not have the sponsor spots go stale" But then you decided to have a sponsor spot by Raid... No, Raid is not an RPG. No, ot does not have a fantastic and awesome storyline. Exploring dungeons? Are you kidding me? Anyway, I just wanted to vent a bit of my frustration, maybe someone else is as bothered by RAID as i am...
  6. One thing I miss being talked about is if this is actually an E-Sports specific computer. If it is, the price doesnt really matter. One thing that does matter however is that Apple has a lot of experience (from the mobile market) of how to prioritize screen draws. Having a better integration of the screen draw into the OS could inprove performance by a few ms... Something that is essential to E-Sports venues. Another thing is that windows really does add a lot of overhead to everything, and Apple might be able to have a batter chance of not using up resources during matches.
