    The GBA is capable of just below PS1 level graphics, if that (note this is Driv3r, not GTA like the video claims)
    But the N64 I would argue had the most advanced GPU of that generation.

    when you press the power button or short with the screw driver do any lights come on, or any fans spin slightly, or there is no sign of life at all?

    no, it has 4c/4t, it's a quadcore.
